Skate Canada Season - Sep 1, 2022 to Aug 31, 2023
Kentville Silver Gliders will have a synchro team this year. Synchro is a team of 8 to 16 skaters who have completed or are close to completing the Star 1 Skills Assessment. Fallis will be coaching the Synchro team and there will be monthly team bonding days and provincial level competitions. There will be additional fundraising events for costumes and competition fees.
Every Skater must pay an annual $43.65 Skate Canada Membership Fee (SKC), Valid Sept 1, 2022 to Aug 31, 2023. It will automatically be added at checkout.
Star Skaters are charged an additional $60 fundraising fee. You can use this for Sport Sweep Tickets, These tickets are yours. You can sell them to collect $60 for yourself or fill them out with your name. Return the filled out tickets by Feb 28th 2023 for entry in the Sport Sweep draw.
Registration fees don't cover the full cost of delivering the program. As a club we fundraise throughout the year to try and keep the costs as low as possible. We'd love to have your help and support with these fundraising events as they occur throughout the year.
There are no refunds available, except in the case of a medical reason. The Skate Canada Membership Fee is never refundable.
** Star 2 and above: Some group instruction is included with registration costs but you will have to arrange for some instruction time with the coaches and pay additional fees associated with that.
